Banner Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that Indian students went to the United States of America, Canada, and Britain for higher education last year.

In 2022, 7,50,365 students went abroad out of which 1,90,512 went to America, 1,85,955 went to Canada and 1,32,709 went to the UK. He was replying to a written question put by Kerala Member Jose K. Mani in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. It is explained that Indian students are going to all the countries of the world for higher studies, out of which 68% have chosen these three countries. He said that 7,04,208 students went abroad in 2020 and 2021 and 7,50,365 went abroad in 2022 alone. It has been revealed that 6.55% more people went abroad this year than the combined number of those two years. Australia, Germany, Russia, Singapore, Kyrgyzstan, Exercise on Indian Medical Health Service!

The central government is working to establish a new all-India service in the name of the Indian Medical Health Service on the lines of IAS and IPS. Union Personnel Affairs and Training Minister Jitendra Singh said this in response to a question in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday. "We have received a proposal from the Union Medical and Health Department for setting up the Indian Medical Health Service. We feel that there is a need to discuss it with all the partners including the state governments and for that, we have sent the proposal to the health department," he said.
